Cindy was born and raised in Miami Florida. Owner of Cindy's Florist in Miami since 1980. She moved to Broward County in 1996 and opened Floral Designs by Cindy in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Cindy has been in the floral industry since 1974. Her specialty is weddings.
Since weddings are her passion she decided to do weddings exclusively to give you, the bride her personalized attention.

Cindy has Designed over thousands of weddings and therefore The Victorian Lady will be a complete wedding boutique from the invitations to the reception.

Luciano was born and raised in Genoa Italy and has an extensive background in electrical displays.

Cindy and her husband, Luciano believe that making your day perfect is just as important to them as it is to you, down to the very last detail.
